The Casette Ajutamicristo are divided into three detached houses arranged on two levels, equipped with private parking, balcony and garden. They take the name of the historic interiors, named with Roman numerals, IX, X-XI and XII.

Particular attention was placed in the finishing materials. The wooden roofs, the floors of the living area in resin and those of the sleeping area in oak parquet, make the rooms intimate and welcoming. The ceramics of the bathrooms, made in an artisanal way, give a very pleasant aesthetic effect, while the high-design sanitary ware and taps, complete the refined harmony.

Every house, equipped with all comforts, wi-fi, TV 32″, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and whatever else is needed to cook and clean. In addition, there are sufficient towels and sheets to be able to replace them.

Particular attention has been paid to the Covid-19 problem, in the sense that we have equipped ourselves with all the safety devices required by the different protocols issued at both regional and national level. We have steam cleaners, sanitizers, disinfectants and anything else is needed to sanitize and avoid any form of infection.

what is included in the price

The parking space, the final cleaning costs, the use of towels, sheets and all other accessories, are included in the cost of rent.

what is not allowed to do

Smoking is allowed outside only. Animals are not admitted. Parties are not allowed.

the location and services

The houses are located in a privileged location, near the central station, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay.

The neighborhood offers many services: commercial activities, supermarkets, pharmacies, gourmet restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, etc. The seaside beach of Mondello is only 10 km far from the houses and can be easily reached at all hours.

You can also purchase special services through agreements with companies from different sectors such as beach shores, charters, relaxation centers, spas. It will be possible thanks to our partners, to enjoy a massage at home, to have a typical meal prepared at home, to be able to do yoga, and why not in the garden?

In addition, guided tours, food and wine, historic-artistic, landscapes or on demand itineraries can also be organized to enjoy your stay.
